Report

The Carrickfergus & District Pool League was cancelled with two rounds left, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. There were, however, a number of competitions completed. Dragons won the Knockout Cup, Planet Bingo won the Five a Side and Galacticos the Charity Shield, while in Individual, or lesser numbers competitions Ryan Marcus won the Under 23 Individual Championship, and the team of Darren Whiteside, Lee McIllreavy, Paul Kerr and Johnny Johnston won the three a side competition.

There were no Irish Qualifiers for the Semi-Finals, which were dominated by Great British players, making up 6 of the 8 contestants.

Gina Wardle, who finished 4th in the Semi-Final Round, won three matches in a row in the Final Stepladder to take the title, beating Pauline Smith, a fellow British player in the Final.
